April, who I know through the Samurai Knitter's blog is holding a contest right now whereby if you donate as little as $5 to Medicins Sans Frontieres, you go in the draw (Feb 28) to win bucketloads of sock yarn.
She had a pre-draw draw on Valentines Day for anyone who had already donated to win a copy of this most lusted after lace book. I got to flick through it, carefully avoiding drool, at Happy Spider's birthday lunch a couple of weeks ago. I loooove this book.
So imagine my joy in finding out I'd won a copy! April rocks. April rocks. April rocks.
Now I just have to be patient. And wait. Ask anyone who knows me. I'm not so good at that.
