Anyone got advice how to make up my cardigan????
I'm done with the knitting (at last!) but I'm sitting here with all these pieces thinking, if I don't get this right, I'm going to kick myself later.
I'm sewing on the bands first because I can get busy with that while I wait for advice.
I *think* I sew up a side seam to the arm holes then put the sleeves in place. Am I right?
Damn I need those Elizabeth Zimmerman books. None of the books I have talk about the right order of things, just how to do the seams. mattress stitch is something I'm well versed in, so that's cool.
But the order....
So I'm just going to sit here in the heat, with a beer, and wait for advice.
